Trying desperately to let go of all of my sins
Uneasy of what the future may hold
I’m scared to repeat and watch this unfold
Am I ready to do this, am I ready to be?
I feel like I’m still stuck here trying to see
Moving on seemed to be the hardest part
But something tells me; there’s something more to come from this heart
I may not feel strong enough to carry this load
But as I trust you I will humbly walk this road
Lead me, guide me, and show me the way
To love and to nurture and always obey
You know my heart and have seen the depths of my soul
Now show me what I must do to accomplish this goal
Hand and hand, I know that you’ll walk me through
A gift from heaven, Lord I thank you.
